COTFIX VS Series is a ten-shade vinyl sulphone reactive-dye range for cellulosic fibres, for cotton and viscose. The published grades run from Golden Yellow R and Orange 2R through Red 5B and Deep Red DB to Turquoise Blue G 266% and two blacks. Solubility at 30°C is 100 g/L for six grades, 80 g/L for Orange 2R, Orange 3R and Turquoise Blue G 266%, and 90 g/L for Brilliant Blue R SPL. Dry rubbing fastness is 4 for every listed shade and wet rubbing is 3-4, with light fastness of 4 or 4-5. Dischargeability is wide: eight grades are dischargeable, and only Turquoise Blue G 266% and Brilliant Blue R SPL are not.

COTFIX VS Series is a sulphoethyl sulphone based reactive-dye range whose vinyl sulphone reactive group forms covalent bonds with the hydroxyl group of cellulose. Does COTFIX VS Series approval cover Nuchem's factory water treatment?
Nuchem's published water-treatment train combines reverse osmosis with Mechanical Vapour Recompression (MVR) and an Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD). The Sayakha plant in Bharuch, Gujarat operates at 100% zero liquid discharge (ZLD): no liquid process effluent leaves the premises. The MVR and ATFD capacity at Sayakha is 53 kilolitres per day (KLD), water condensate from the train returns to the manufacturing process, and dried sludge is routed to Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) approved Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) sites.
