What to include in an enquiry
Send these four and we can usually come back with a series recommendation and a price the same day, instead of trading emails to establish the basics.
Substrate and process
Cotton, viscose or a blend — and whether you are dyeing by exhaust, cold pad batch, continuous, or printing. This alone narrows the eight series to one or two.
Shade and depth
A shade reference, Pantone, or a physical swatch. Depth matters as much as hue — deep shades point to the D series, pale shades to RR.
Fastness requirement
If your buyer specifies light, wash or rubbing fastness minimums, send the numbers. Published data for all 58 shades is on the products page.
Volume and certification
Approximate monthly tonnage, and whether the order must run under GOTS, OEKO-TEX or ZDHC Level 3 documentation.
