HE dyes are the exhaust-dyeing specialist of the range. Manufactured at Unit 1, Sayakha (Bharuch) and Unit 2, Vatva (Ahmedabad), with in-house laboratories at both sites. Every lot is tested before dispatch and every shade is traceable, which is what makes the figures above dependable rather than indicative.
How consistency is held, lot after lot

Every dye manufactured undergoes a rigorous three-point quality check system before delivery.
QC labs at the Ahmedabad head office, Ludhiana regional office, and both the Sayakha and Vatva factories.

Made under Zero Liquid Discharge
Advanced wastewater treatment achieves Zero Liquid Discharge — no liquid waste is released into the environment. Mechanical Vapour Recompression and an Agitated Thin Film Dryer give 53 KLPD of water evaporation capacity, with a two-stage reverse osmosis plant recovering water ahead of evaporation.
That matters commercially as well as environmentally. Brands auditing their supply chain increasingly ask what happens to the effluent, and ZLD is the answer that closes the question before it becomes a purchasing obstacle.
