RGB Series
One-tone build-upHigh-performance dyes that build up in one tone, suited to warm dyeing and padding. Higher strength and good build-up, with a better probability of metameric matches — useful when a shade has to hold under different light sources.
Shades and fastness data
4 shades, with solubility, rubbing, light and washing fastness measured on standard grey scales.
| Dye | Shade 2% | Solubility gpl 30°C | Rubbing Fastness (Dry) | Rubbing Fastness (Wet) | Light Fastness 1/1 S/D | Washing Fastness (Shade) | Washing Fastness (Cotton) | Dischargeability |

D — Dischargeable · PD — Partially dischargeable · ND — Not dischargeable. Ratings on standard grey scales.
Characteristics
High-performance dyes exhibiting one-tone build-up, suitable for warm dyeing and padding application.
- Higher strength, good build-up
- Better probability of metameric matches
- Exhaust · CPB · continuous
RGB dyes run on exhaust, cold pad batch and continuous. Manufactured at Unit 1, Sayakha (Bharuch) and Unit 2, Vatva (Ahmedabad), with in-house laboratories at both sites. Every lot is tested before dispatch and every shade is traceable, which is what makes the figures above dependable rather than indicative.
How consistency is held, lot after lot
Fastness figures are only worth as much as the reproducibility behind them. Three controls sit behind every drum dispatched.
Every dye manufactured undergoes a rigorous three-point quality check system before delivery.
QC labs at the Ahmedabad head office, Ludhiana regional office, and both the Sayakha and Vatva factories.
A comprehensive database of all production lots ensures traceability and consistent delivery, lot after lot.
Made under Zero Liquid Discharge
Advanced wastewater treatment achieves Zero Liquid Discharge — no liquid waste is released into the environment. Mechanical Vapour Recompression and an Agitated Thin Film Dryer give 53 KLPD of water evaporation capacity, with a two-stage reverse osmosis plant recovering water ahead of evaporation.
That matters commercially as well as environmentally. Brands auditing their supply chain increasingly ask what happens to the effluent, and ZLD is the answer that closes the question before it becomes a purchasing obstacle.
